The last chance to get an opportunity for a condominium within the 1km distance from ACS primary. The next condo launch will most likely be at Tengah plantation which doesn't meet the requirement of the 1km close proximity distance but its location is nearer to an MRT.

Great accessibility for drivers but harder for people looking to take public transport since the location isn't within walking distance from any MRT

The design is what you will get from the usual condominiums. If you are looking for a modernized and sleek look, this condo is for you!

Unit Size

The unit sizes are quite generous as compared to other recent new launches.

Efficiency Layout

Great space for a family setting. Starting from 3 bedder up to 5 bedder. And they all have ample balcony space for relaxation. However, the foyer layout could be better to maximize space usage. But since you're already paying lesser than a private property, it's all good.😅👍🏻

Amenities

The nearest grocery stall(Sheng Siong) you will get is 300m and 500m to Le Quest(not many amenities). However, if you are driving, there are many amenities around the area such as West Mall and if you drive 5 minutes down Bukit Batok Road you will reach JLD (Jurong Lake District) which is filled with all your needs.
