Hate to break it to you, but there are no websites that pay $100 a day. Or at least instantly get you $100. Here are some hard truths. Medium is an amazing publishing platform that allows every inspired creator of this wide world to share their thoughts, poems, writings, pieces of advice… Haha. A part of Medium is dedicated to money. We find in particular :
- how to get 100 subscribers in X days
- how I got X subscribers in X days
- how to make $3000 a month easily while staying at home
- 10 sites that pay $100 a day
- these side hustles that nobody talks about
- how to make $5000 a month with ChatGPT (or Canva, affiliate marketing…)
- 7 ways to make money online (always the same ones: dropshipping, surveys, consulting, affiliate marketing, blogging, Fiverr/Upwork, faceless youtube/TikTok channel, print on demand (what is that?)…)
- earn $5 in BTC per day on these 8 sites
The point is that these articles, all copying each other, get a lot of views. None of them have any proof of what they say, all of them are either copied or written by AI and embellished with very unspecific photos from Unsplash or Pixabay… They have no taste. Like eating sand.
They are Everywhere!
Even worse, they pollute your recommendation algorithm: once you click on one of these articles, your life is ruined. If you’ve never clicked on them, don’t. It’s endless. Ten of them appear by the time you read one.
You don’t want to miss how to earn $1000 per article (while Medium pays you $0.31 and keeps 30%, unless you live in a location they don’t like, which will prevent you from earning a single penny):
The most recent ones are “X ways to make money with ChatGPT [insert a sentence to differentiate from others]”:
Before ChatGPT, it was Canva, a website to design stuff. But before that, make sure you don’t miss 6 (easy) side hustles to earn $10,000 in your spare time:
Wanna earn free crypto? I personally earn $800 Ethereum per day from 10 sites that pay $80 with ChatGPT from home in my spare time, using a technique that no one is talking about (except me).
“Just ignore them”
Yes, I could. And most of you don’t have any of these articles in your feed. But I like reading articles about people succeeding in a certain field or taking advantage of an opportunity they saw before everyone else. Among all these bold articles, one may bring added value, but there is so much shit in the basket we cannot find the eggs (I may have coined that phrase). I also like legit income reports articles.
For example, I made an article to share my Medium earnings in February, because I was inspired by a lot of other writers who did it and were fully transparent with their (beautiful) stats, and beautiful stats motivate writers.
The problem lies in the similarity of the titles: one can no longer discern the true from the false. It’s blatant that you won’t make $10,000 per month working 3 hours a week (which is actually doable, but not in the next week), however, I like to know how this person earned $845 this month from 4 real income streams.
No shortcut
Surely you must know that there are no shortcuts in life. There is no magic money, only maybe in cryptocurrencies and with the era of algorithms and content going viral while you brush your teeth.
But no, you won’t make 4 salaries with 800 subscribers on Youtube and Medium can make you big money only if you bring big content.
Don’t ever click on the above-mentioned bs stories. Here is a summary of what you can actually do:
- create an audience (whatever social media, blog platform or your own site (better in the long term)) and monetize content
- create newsletters, gather email addresses
- sell stuff
- offer your services (freelance)
- write e-books but seriously who wants to buy your children’s book?
- invest in crypto/stock but first, invest your time to learn how it works and judge the ethics.
Remember: consistency is the key out there, way more powerful than 10 sites paying $100 a day.
PS: don’t take it personally if one of your stories was in a screenshot and was legit, I took them randomly. Happy writing 🙂
Thanks for reading! If you want to support me (in your spare time) you can buy me a coffee or a ko-fi (yes it’s the same thing).
You can also use my referral link to earn $990 in Bitcoin (during your spare time). This is not true. However, you can use it to get the Medium membership ($5 per month) so you can read all the stories behind paywalls and support the writers — I’ll get a part of your fee (~$2.27 per month) at no extra cost to you. It’s a win-win situation:
