Why I like this Book

This book illustrates the true hardship the author had to endure and ride through to reach financial independence. It is more relatable to most people as it provides no get-rich-quick scheme to financial independence. It lists out the proper step-by-step one in a long detailed example. Showing what it should take in order to reach the different levels of financial success.

From learning about real estate, stocks, and other investable things, the author describes well in detail the dangers and potential each business has to offer. The author encourages at least to try out different assets class so as to get proper exposure and not jump to conclusions about each asset class.
